30 years of making dreams come true

"I enjoy helping people, love architecture and marketing, so a real estate career is a perfect fit," Kat says. Her success comes from her caring attitude toward her clients and focused ability to coordinate  all aspects of today's sophisticated sales. She directs a strong team handling staging, inspections and innovative online marketing through to a successful close of escrow. With an established record of 30 years in real estate, Kat's clients trust all details will be managed seamlessly.

After graduating from Oklahoma University, Kat's California dream led her to Marin where she and her husband raised two children in Mill Valley. Later they moved to Hamilton's South Gate and are enjoying all Novato offers including glorious weather. Kat is involved in Hamilton's vision of restoring historical buildings as a town center, developing a mixed-used village.

Kat heads Hamilton’s South Gate Architectural Review Committee. Previously she served five years as Tam/Homestead Design Review Board's real estate expert. As Vice Chair, Kat explained, "There were many tough negotiations with developers. My real estate expertise was very useful in achieving win-win agreements.”

Kat and her husband also own and manage Hawaii Resort Rentals, a resort rental business. At their beach home they find time to relax on the Big Island.
